What are the recommended PC specs for contact center computers? I'm also trying to figure out a reliable contact center software which is reasonably priced. Any help or suggestions are much appreciated.
We don't know for sure yet but one of my friends has several electronic shops and he's interested in being our client.
We're currently looking at this Interactive Intelligence software. What range of specs do you think we need to be able to run it properly? I'm also going to call them just to be sure.
At a guess, you will need your own Server and a number of Workstations, which will need absolute minimum specification, little RAM and a tiny Hard Drive as they will be doing nothing but responding to emails, or picking up related instructions from the Server
