Just a few words about this Company, and the service I have recieved.

Got a Ciss for a friends Epson R285, and went to fit it for him yesterday, and ended up with the printer being unable to recognize the cartridges,

Sent an E-mail to the company last night, and came home from work today, to find out they had sent a reply at nine o'clock this morning, and an engineer had been on the telephone three times.

I called them back at 3.45pm, and told them I would have to go to my friends house, as this is where the printer is set up. He would not let me telephone them again, and instead took my mobile number, phoned me back ten minutes later, and spoke me through, re-installing the ciss system to a successful conclusion.

For a small firm like this, I was very surprised, and pleased, at the level of service.
