Praise for AOpen

Following difficulties with a new AOpen motherboard, I emailed technical support late yesterday evening.

Although I had managed to overcome the problem myself, I was pleasantly surprised to have a response from AOpen early this morning.

What a refreshing change.

In cases like this, it is often worth sending a e-mail back thanking the company for its prompt service. Ii would imagine that most technical support staff have to deal with a continuous stream of irate and hostile customers, so a simple thank you may make their day.

People are sometimes very quick to be critical so it doesn't do any harm to give praise where it's due.
