Following a recent update I had trouble with this PIM.

I contacted support and from the questions it was obvious that this was not a widespread problem. After several e-mails, screenshots and system settings quotes the problem was identified.

Excellent customer service.

I don't know why, but somehow we're always slightly surprised when a company provides an excellent service. It restores your faith in human nature, doesn't it?
