PCNEXTDAY - Thanks for the warning!

  joannawilks 21:03 08 Oct 2006

I just googled PCNEXTDAY and found this forum and it's a good job I did. I saw a great PC deal on PCNEXTDAY and was about to order it when my husband told me to check them out first as we have never heard of them before. From the comments on this forum their service doesn't seem to be very good, so we won't be ordering from them. We had problems with poor service before with another company and we didn't want to go through that again.

Thanks for the warning

Do yu have a link to the machine and maybe we can find you something similar?

Try Dell, Novatech, Aria or PCspecialist as a start though.

Thanks lisa02, the PC we were going to buy from PCNEXTDAY was the Zoostorm 5-8501 Advanced PC for just under £1500. We cannot seem to get this PC anywhere else so we have started looking at PC's on some other sites. There's a couple on NOVATECH we like! Anyone used them before? Is the service any good?

Novatech more often than not receives good reports in these forums.

plus loads of other stuff - any problems I've had (few) have been sorted out quickly with no grief. And they are half an hour down the road from me. Good Company.

You all seem to like NOVATECH. This is good news as we are thinking about ordering a Diablo Dual 7900GTX PC from them.
