anyone know any desktop pc deals for £400-500
which have a decent sound card included, good speakers + monitor?

You usually, I think, only get onboard audio with an off-the-shelf pc, certainly in that price range. My Evesham has Creative XiFi but I had to pay extra for the privelege, something like £60. Similarly, standard spec speakers do the job but to get good ones you pay extra, and the same generally applies to monitors.

mrmike99 for that sort of money the PC will come with onboard sound. Onboard sound has come on leaps and bounds in my opinion in the past few years, and you may find you're quite happy with it. I know I am. Also at the price range you may get a reasonable or even pretty decent monitor but you won't get a really fantastic one but having said that you may also feel that its good enough. The speakers will probably be rather poor and would be better replaced.

thanx for the advice
