when we 1st joined npower we thought ok well maybe they be better, as time went by the cost of using their services went up and up,enough to make your ees water.

so we have now decided to use Marks Spencer and have found them to cheaper than npower. Npower nevr gaves us any freebies like vouchers etc. Npower found out we were leaving them and sent letters to ring them and we did but they couldn't offer nothing to make us stay with them, they couldn't even negotiate a cheaper tariff.

I would recommend Marks and Spencer, and you free shopping vouchers to spend at Marks and Sparcs.
Go Marcs and Sparcs and a big thumbs down to npower

Marks and Spencers are not an actual 'maker' of electric or gas. They buy the service from elsewhere, so in all probability you are still on npower, but at a cheaper rate ;o)

Try looking at the various rates from a comparison site, you will most likely find that 'as time goes by' there isn't a great deal of difference, even though they are suppose to be competitors.
