No response from Private Internet Access

I bought a subscription for VPN services from Private Internet Access ( and I paid by VISA card. The money was transfer by my bank to the said Private Internet Access. It is now 3 weeks and after numerous e-mails, I still got no answer from them. Every time when I made an inquiry I received an e-mail with the following “Your request (299730) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.” I mean it is 3 weeks ! Is this company closed ? or any other problem ?

This company generally gets pretty good reviews. That said, three weeks is much to long to wait for a response.

What is the problem that you are trying to get resolved? We may be able to help.
