The other day as i was going out, a courier delivered a package for which i signed and put in the kitchen until i returned home. When i got back, my address was on the outside but there was a letter with a box inside the wrapping. The letter was explaining why the package was being returned to the customer. The address on the letter was for hampshire which is at the opposite end of the country to me. would you be entitled to keep the contents? The point is academic as i have contacted the company concerned and they are sending a pre-paid returns label. In this situation, if the contents were valuable/useful, there must be temptation to keep the contents.
