Usually, forum members are not backward in coming forward to pan various ISPs when things go wrong, so for a change I would like to say a few nice things about Newnet. I recently set up an installation for a friend and recommended Newnet as their ISP. They had a few initial snags with a faulty router then struggled to get Email set up in Outlook. On each occasion they rang the helpline the calls were answered quickly (and in english) and an answer was provided straight away. As you all know, talking someone through setting up an EMail account can be frustrating but in this case my friend was delighted that she was able to follow instructions and do it all herself ! Well done Newnet, full marks in all departments.
