Anybody know a general e-mail enquiry address for Nationwide?Spent twenty minutes on their website but anything I can find there requires registration, which I am reluctant to do just for a general enquiry.I've even tried their feedback service, but the link doesn't work.Perhaps I should think again about whether I wish to join them!
we have n/w accounts, could only find a tel number08457-302010you could try and phone and ask for a email or deal with on the phone.[their rates are not a competative as they used to be]

I don't think that there is an available e-mail address for general enquiries.
Personally I would rather deal with a business that prefers and encourages contact via telephone or in person.
i spoke to n/wide just now on the phone and mentioned the email request. they only have the web based option and do not give out email addresses.
I visited my "local" branch after I posted today, 50 mile round trip.They confirmed they don't believe in e-mail!I find that quite curious.
I cant really blame then, my small business gets about 200 emails a day 170 of them are spam of one sort or another. It takes time to sort out the good ones, even with a good spam filter to weed out the most obvious rubbish.
Would you consider giving up e-mail and losing the 30 "good ones" every day?If a business can afford to turn that sort of custom away they don't need my business.
I have been with them for yrs (more than I care to think about) I use their internet banking and have found them very good.
