Multivision Warranty – my positive experience

I have slagged MV off before on this forum for failing to supply a PC on time, and they do get quite a few negative comments.

But in the interest of fairness I thought I’d post my recent experience of having to use their warranty.

My laptop display corrupted, I phoned fully expecting to spend the guts of an hour trying to persuade them it would have to back. To my surprise 5 minutes later they had agreed with my diagnosis and arranged a pick up. One week later my laptop was back fully sorted. So a big pat on the back for Multivision.
