Micro ATX psu

Are you able to get these in 400w-450w output range.
I can only find 250w-280w.

If you've got a MicroATX mobo then I doubt you would be able to put enough kit in the case to need a 400W supply. Why would you need 450W? I was running a 1G processor, 2 HDs, DVD and CDwriter, PCI USB2 adapter and PCI video card from a 145W supply in a Micro case, no problem.

My current PC has a Prescott P4 3.0 and that takes about 70W so I expect the 250W supply will be a bit more loaded.

I don't want to change my psu, I was reading that this person wanted to upgrade there psu and it was a micro atx psu in a advent 3115 as I have so I started to look and could only find up to 300w, as they say just curious.
