lost order

does anyone know how to get dabs to resend an order? Parcelforce have admitted they have lost my parcel due for delivery 20-10-03 but dabs do not have anywhere on their site to ask for a resend. As far as they are concerned the order is complete. I have sent 2 e-mails but have not had an answer.

If this doesnt work write to their head office address at the above link.
If you paid by credit card you will find your card provider will help.

Let's him know too how useless his company can be at after sales service - not that I think he isn't well aware anyway.

I tried the phone but you get a recorded message telling you to use the e-mail system. I have now had a reply and they will be looking into it. Thanks for you help.

Keep all copies of your correspondence, should you need to return the goods under the Distance Selling Act.

I should keep your finger on this one. Dabs may want to make an insurance claim via Parcelforce,before they send out new goods, which could result in long delays
