Logitech - Brilliant Service

I recentlky had to contact Logitech support for a small issue with a logitech wireless keyb/mouse purchased over 1 year.

After confirming that there was a fault with it, they promised to send me a replacement. The new model replacemenr Logitech MX3200 arrived the following day and is working flawlessly.

Well done Logitech. Thank you.

Very reassuring news.

I've just bought a Logitech Quickcam.
It's nice to think I will receive this kind of service if required.

I've just had the same good service from Acronis.
They sent me the ISO file drivers for my newly built SATA drive based computer.

The saved image could not be restored.
Now the system is working perfectly.
They were very quick to respond too.

Over the years, I have always puchased Logitech mice, keyboards, microphones, speakers and web-cams both for myself and others as their products are good and the after-sales service is fantastic.

Another favourite company that are exceptional in their sales and servcice is Crucial.
