Picked up a leaflet from Lidl yesterday for a Tagra Notebook for £999 on sale from 2 October.

Looks like a very good deal for anyone currently looking for a laptop.

This translated link is all I've found so far on the 'net.

Lidl and Aldi normally follow in each other footsteps with these sort of offers. In past postings, some people have given good responses to their purchases.

I have purchased various computer related items from Aldi, and have been satisfied up to now, and possibly saved a few bob.But I do tend to find that it is perhaps 'surplus' stock, that is why good saving can be made. Aldi at present seem to be unindated with Lexmark printers.

Only one other problem, that I recall via this forum, was when someone had a problem with Lidl and the Sales of Goods Act.Case went to court, and the person who made the posting won the case, but Lidl banned them from all their stores. Not a very good customer relations exercise at that time.
