laptop battery

hi i bought my son a reconditioned laptop from yous in july or august, with a 12 month guarentee,i have deleted the email confirming my order and delivery,now he has a problem charging his laptop,what can i do please?

If the battery was not replaced in the laptop when it was refurbished then it may have failed. Laptop batteries are usually only guaranteed for six months. Look at the gaurantee and seee if it covers the battery for the full 12 months. Get on to the supplier ASAP and get their view on this.
