Nice to receive some good old fashioned service for a change.

Emailed Kodak at 9:30 this morning for assistance with my "just out of warranty" all in one printer

Tech support diagnosed a faulty print head, a replacement was dispatched today. All concluded by 11:30.

Excellent service from Kodak
