Kaspersky Labs - great service!

Just a little note to pass on some good customer service!

I updated my antivirus to Kaspersky (direct download) a few months ago. I needed to perform a clean install, but forgot to make a note of my download key for reactivation. Contacted Kaspersky via email and an hour later got a reply. After 2 more emails for confirmation of details (all replied to after an hour or so) it was all done and downloaded. Very painless and a great stuff. Thanks Kaspersky!
