Just to put the balance about Coverplan

The power management in my Pocket PC failed on a Friday. I phoned up Coverplan on the Sunday evening to be told that they were semi-automatically writing them off. I sent it in on the Monday, received vouchers for the correct amount and collected the replacement unit on Friday.

Having had the runaround with Coverplan in the past I made sure that I stated exactly what I expected them to do. They did it! On this occasion Coverplan worked for me.
