955ee review click hereYes it does have hyperthreading......all the rest of the D9xx series (ie non extreme editions) don't....and to compare it with,how about the FX60 from AMD click here
If you don't mind overclocking, and are willing to risk frying, your cpu, then the better deal is one of the Opteron 144 range. One mag oc'ed one of these to FX57 levels.
Hyper-threading is an exclusive Intel technology.
