I am think of making an investment, however the reports I can find all seem to be out of date- Last noted November 2009.

Hve you dealt with this bank or could you advise please.

I lookes at ICICI a few years ago but read that as it was an Indian bank your investment did not have the same protection as a british bank,of course things may have changed

ICICI Bank UK PLC is an FSA regulated UK bank. That is what is important.

Financial advice, as far as I am aware, is frowned on in this forum.

Thanks for your input--
I think for now, I will choose a 'local' bank- Building Society

Pine Man--

Surley a Consumer advice site is to ask for advice on any matter that affects buying /selling a product, and buying into a bank service is a product.

Well I'm pleased this subject come up because I've been thinking seriously of having an investment with ICICI. But am now looking elsewhere.
