A few years ago I had a problem with my much loved HP PSC 2210 but managed to sort it out quite quickly by communicating on-line with an HP technical person - very good. Now have another problem with same much loved beast but can no longer get advice the same way. To do so I would have to have IE7 or FF2. I have IE8 and FF3, like most people. Do HP no longer want to help? - I have emailed them but no reply. So have bitten bullet and bought a Canon Pixma as I need a PSC NOW.
