How does one resolve a thread in this new layout?

  alanrwood 09:45 17 Jul 2015

Do you mean Close a thread

  muddypaws 12:11 17 Jul 2015

Well it always used to be 'Resolve', but yes close will do.

Click on the the green tick and it will say not the answer. I know it is not right but that should do it.

Sorry. New member. Just testing.

  bumpkin 18:47 17 Jul 2015

click on the green tick where it says answer

  morddwyd 19:36 17 Jul 2015

Unless you are using some accessibility options, when the green tick disappears.

  muddypaws 21:06 17 Jul 2015

Well I lost the thread there somewhere (:-)). Suppose none of the answers is the answer. Do I have to assume that one of them is!!!! and tick. Nowt so strange as web forums.

  lotvic 21:43 17 Jul 2015

aye, pca has alus bin querky ;-p

  Govan1x 22:59 17 Jul 2015

It is a little baffling all the posts are green ticked with this is the answer so you just click the one you think is the answer and it changes to this is not the answer. And that's it.

Don't loose any sleep over it.

  muddypaws 10:30 18 Jul 2015

Assure you I slept well last night. Just a shame that it is now so illogical ( to me) that you have to tick an answer that isn't the answer to resolve. Thread closed.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
