Good Service from Virgin Media

I have never had a good experience with Virgin Media support..up until now. I rang their support line this morning and was talking to a human within 30 seconds.I had been trying to change my stand-alone Virgin broadband package to Virgin Talk and Broadband but ran into difficulties regarding line leasing etc.This was not the fault of Virgin, it's just the way the system operates.
I now have gone back to the original stand-alone service I had with Virgin - but for £18 a month instead of £25. I'm very happy.

I hope you continue to be happy - my experience with Virgin certainly wasn't!
