Good Belkin service

My wireless router/modem suddenly stopped working last week - there was no power to it so I assumed it was the supply but the unit was sealed so I couldn't change the fuse. I emailed Belkin through their site describing this, and didn't get a reply so I was about to email them again today when a new modem/router (newer than the one I have) AND replacement power supply was delivered by ParcelForce. I am now up and running on the net again wirelessly.

Quite agree regarding Belkin service.I had a few minor problems with some cables, and their response was first rate.Saved me a few pounds in the end.
