A friend is thinking of swapping to the £17.99 broadband, on the website is says to phone and cancel the hometime before ordering the boradband. what do you think surely if she does this she'll have no service till the boadband is set up or does anyone have any thoughts on the reason for it, the reason I'm asking is she was going to order on line as all the phone lines are very busy at the moment
I changed from HT to BB, brought the box, set it up, call the number, await connection within 10 days (mine was 3) call BT and cancel the surf together once happy with BB, call Wannadoo and cancel home time, tell them you upgraded. Result...no down time at all and 1.1mb service
