Follow Up To "Good Customer Service"

Just like to commend a company called "Techfocus".
Bought a cable from them which turned out to be defective.
Emailed them on a saturday and had an answer monday which was their next working day, asking me to return it for replacement, refund or credit.
Sent it off for replacement and when they emailed to say they received and informed me a replacement had been sent same day.

Bought an item from Maplins back in April but never used it.
I thought nothing ventured nothing gained so took it back, in original packaging & receipt, and asked if I could exchange it for something else.
On checking receipt got usual reply "Sorry sir you are outside the 28 days".
After explaining again, with my fingers crossed, that I didn't want a refund but an exchange & they said, wait for it, certainly sir.

So a big thank you & well done to Maplins.
