Excellent service.

I ordered a replacement part from Arctic cooling of Hong Kong on the 16th March it was posted on the 17th I received it today the 20th.
Hows that for service.
I must also praise Royal Mail for their part, which is a new thing for me considering the amount of complaints I make in a year at there normal rubbish service. Just goes to show they are capable of delivering a proper service.
I have no doubt normal service will resume shortly.
So well done Arctic for getting it to this country promptly and well done Royal Mail for completing the delivery by getting it to me so promptly.

Thats good of them I must say!

I had a niggle with them I ordered A Spare part from them a spare fan for my previous cpu cooler I was sure it was the right one... Anyway it took 3 Weeks To get to me then the stupid fan broke! So maybe there was a gremlin in the mail system at the time.
