Excellent Customer Service

I recently bought a Speedtouch Adsl modem which was Advertised on the Speedtouch Website as being Linux compatible. I obtained it from Broadbandbuyer who I had used in the past . However on receiving the modem it was not Linux compatible. Broadbandbuyer then proceeded to bend over backward to try and obtain suitable Linux drivers for it .After a week of trying they replaced it with a suitable modem giving me a generous discount as well . The process took about 10 days during which time I was constantly kept informed receiving 17 emails from them from start to finish . I will most certainly use them again .
They specialise in Broadband connectivity .

A lesson to be learnt there I think.

Customers are prepared to be tolerant provided they're kept informed.

There's nothing worse than missed deadlines and a lack of communication. Guaranteeed to get the blood boiling.

It`s good to know of services like that. Too often we hear only gripes.
