Evesham support

At eight o’clock last night I sent (via the P C A link)to Evesham Support a query on an audio problem.
I got a reply this morning giving me a direct link to the site to download an updated driver.
Problem solved. O K I should have thought of the solution myself and to be honest I did try but got lost in the Realtek site.
But many thanks and full marks to Evesham for there patience and help
