e-mailing pictures

How can I ensure that when I add a picture as an attachment it is not also included in the body of the message? This happens whether I add it as an attachment when drafting the e-mail or whether I use the Send command from the picture file.

If using Outlook Express....

Select Options, then Send, Go to Mail Sending Format and click on HTML Settings.. untick the box that says " send picture with messages".

By the way, your post should have been in Helproom..
