RicherSounds are good for a wide range of "Multi Reginal" players at a wide range of prices.

Just look for one's that play all the different formats, VCD,CD/RW,DVDR,DVDRW,MP3 and you should be fine.

I would spend £60 plus and you getting 22mhz 8bit DAT, which gives good picture playback.
Spend a bit more and you can get better performance but in real terms £60 in is fine for all unless putting it on large screens projectors.

Maybe do some reaseach on What Home Cinema sie and look at click here I went with a NAD dvd player as being part of a monster sound sound set-up wanted something high spec, but shop around bargings are great for dvd at the moment

Blankdiscshop had one which would play most files
including Divx and I think that the Medion (on sale at Amazon for £50 inc free delivery) will also play
everything including Divx.
