A decent 'spare' CD-RW

for £20-25?......

Any online retailer such as click here click here etc will sell you a top brand CD-RW rewriter (I presume that's what you mean) for between a little over £20 and up to £30+.

That's for the fastest write, rewrite and read speeds as well.

I was more looking for a recommendation. Spose that will teach me for being brief in my postings. PC World are doing a Benq model for about £23 and I was wondering whether anyone knew whether this was any good?

MSI do one fully loaded (cables, screws, software, 3 changeable fronts) for £23

The vast majority of CD/DVD-ROM drives and rewriters are rebadged products, so you might as well go on price.

If it's only for use as a spare it makes an even more compelling case for this approach.
