Creative Labs excellent customer service

Just wanted to praise Creative for their customer service.
They have given me excellent service twice recently.

Bought Creative Speakers from Ebuyer & the remote control failed after a few weeks.
Ebuyer insisted on me returning everything for testing, even when it was obvious that the fault was with the remote.
I e-mailed Creative & they very quickly arranged for a replacement remote to be sent to me.

Also bought a Creative MP3 player from Amazon & it arrived with a badly damaged software disc. Amazon wanted the player to be returned for refund as this model is now out of stock.
Again e-mailed Creative & a new disc arrived within a week.

If only all companies were this helpful.

This is good to know as my son's Zen Nomad has just refused to boot up past the EAX Logo after a recharge. It has given 2 years of very good service but I expect it to last longer.
