I received a CnM 9" tablet as a christmas gift from my parents and i have had a problem with the forward facing camera from day one. I have been in contact with the tech support of Cnm many times but they are messing me about and will not deal with the problem of a non functioning camera. The tablet is new and I have it just 14 weeks now. Other than the camera issue it is a good tablet.
I am seeking advise as to how can I have this tablet repaired or replaced as it is under guarantee, and my parents still have the receipt.
