Cibox replacement monitor

After 2 years use a thin blue line appeared intermittently 4" from the left and the height of the screen.

On calling cibox they said a refurbished monitor would be delivered as soon as they were back in stock.

Yesterday (a week later) I received a call from cibox apologizing for the delay and as the refurbished monitors had not arrived as expected, they would deliver a brand new 1 today.

It did arrive as promised.

I am very pleased with their customer service.

for passing on details of your experience. In a forum that typically sees complaints about customer service it's always good to hear praise for a company that understands the importance of it.
