Last sunday, placed orders with Cartex for some printer cartridges and QVC from their diy range. Checked e-mail on tuesday, there was slight glitch with Cartex which was sorted out and order delivered wednesday. Brother-in-law came round wednesday, to say his printer was out of ink so i sold him the ones i had just received. Re-ordered later that morning and order was delivered thursday morning. First class service. All i've had from QVC is e-mail confirming order but no delivery of item ordered. If one can deliver twice in four days, why can't the other?

If you ever watch QVC on TV you'll see that their policy is to deliver within 5 to 7 working days. However, on occasion I've had to wait up to two weeks for stuff to be delivered from them.

Another thing to consider is that Cartex specialise in printer accessories. QVC sell just about everything you can think of (plus some stuff you probably can't) and is watched by thousands, if not millions of people on TV every day. I order teddy bears and cross stitch kits from them and there are many sell-outs in these shows.
