Can I upgrade my graphics card?

Specs below. I want to play games on this laptop but realised there is no dedicated video memory. Can I upgrade this? If so, is it likely to be expensive? I know little of these things but the games I've looked at so far require a minimum of 250mb of dedicated video ram.

I spoke to a repair shop on the phone and the lady told me that you can't put a graphics card in a laptop, it would have to be a chip soldered in and that it might last 3 days, it might last years! However, I saw a video of a guy replacing a graphics card in a laptop.

Any advice appreciated?

The lady at the shop was right.
