Buffalo Charge Is Zero

I know we always come here and rant about the various companies who let us down, but I would like to praise Buffalo Technology for their recent customer service to me.

My old Buffalo router came with a separate modem which just broke down.

I called customer services to arrange getting it repaired only to be informed that they no longer supply the separate modems.

Nor do they repair them.

After a short pause, I the agent announced that they would send me the very latest Buffalo router with built in modem for free.

It came today and I'm impressed.

No fuss, no bother, just simple and straight forward, good, customer service.

I'm happy and had to tell someone about it.

Full marks Buffalo Tech.
