I was transferred to to BT Yahoo even though I had no wish to be. The cost was £29.99 per month, finally I decided that I could do better pricewise, bit late I admit. I called BT who advised me that I was on on obsolete service! but they could move me to a cheaper option, I agreed and they set in motion a change to less than £20 per month.
They also gave me a Tel. No. to call BT Yahoo to cancel my present account (0800 085 2819) a nice sounding Indian lady told me that they, BT, could not do what they said they had done! and that only she, the nice Indian lady, could change my account.
After a prolonged discussion she agreed to cancel my BT Yahoo account.
My question is, does BT know what their advisors are doing? and do they have any training programmes in place?
I now do not know if I will get a replacement BB service or not!!
