My broadband went down and I call the Orange Tech support. This was more than useless as I could not understand a word the chap was saying. I told him that I had reinstalled the software and drivers, updated the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted, defragged, scanned the disk, and all the other things one would do. After a couple of basic things he asked me to do (which I had done already) he suggested reinstalling the software, errrr!!!. Anyway that was a more than useless call to them.

I called again and spent the customary 20 minutes in the tech support queue, and after giving my details and the problem the lady on the Tech team informed me that her computer had crashed and I would need to call back again...Grrrrr. She could not transfer me to another tech person.

Well, almoast an hour on the phone at 50p a min, and no support.

Do I warrent a refund of expenses??? your advice.

Transfer to a more reliable and helpful ISP as I did from Wanadoo.

PS After endless problems of Wanadoo's making they did give me one months free service. You will need to be calm and clear about your dissatisfaction with them.
