Broadband ISP Change

Hi all, Does anybody know of a broadband ISP that does not stipulate having a BT phone line? At present I am using NTL 600K connection but I am becoming very disillusioned with NTL because the service they are providing seems to be going down hill fast, and as usual when you want to send an important email you can't get a connection. Thanks

All ADSL providers has to use a BT phone line as BT provide the network. The only broadband packages that don't are NTL, Telewest and satellite.
