brilliant service from hp

I bought hp printer deskjet 5940,with (2 more years extended warranty).one month after the 1st year,I had problem with my printer(jamming paper,feed paper).

I called technical support and explained the problem,as they promised after 4 days I received a cleaning kit,to clean inside the printer,in the end of the cleaning process when I tried to print it does work perfectly well.

the technical support were so helpful and polite,i wasn't wrong when i bought from hp and the extended warranty,because you don't know what will happen.

hp is very well respected company,you won't regret it buying from them.

i am so happy with hp and with there service.

I had an HP multifunction G11. Failed ten days out of warranty. HP response - tough, buy a new one.

I have had a free cleaning kit from HP, but have you tried their technical support on-line chat system and procedure!.

Definitely not for the faint hearted.

Im amazed by this one ive had dealings with HP Support afew times and mostly found them to be totally useless.

Im glad you had some good fortune and your Printer is working
