my father has booked a return flight with bmi.
but he now cant fly out on the desired date so he has booked to fly out another day.
hes not contacted bmi to cancel the outbound journey.. hes worried that when he doesnt turn up for the flight they will automatically cancel his return flight.
hes on about ringing to cancel the original outward flight but they want 65p a minute
i cant find an email address to email them.
any ideas.basically will they cancel his return flight as well

If he's not on the flight going out I wouldn't think they will expect him back on the return flight. I reckon the 65p per minute may be well spent to put his mind at rest.

the airline will not cancel, but the sensible thing to do is call and confirm.

Why did he not contact them and see about changing the outbound flight. Would have been cheaper than paying for a new one.

Paying for a phonecall must be cheaper than paying for a seperate flight.Has he contacted them to try and change his outbound flight?

BMIBaby, like most low fare airlines, does not in fact issue return tickets it issues two one way tickets.

To quote from their website "Fares quoted are per person, per one way journey excluding taxes and charges."
