I bought a pioneer 109 dvd drive from big Pockets last year, unfortunately the drive developed fault,I emailed for an rma to return the drive which was recieved promptly.Big Pockets kept me advised of its reciept and progress with their testing of it.This morning I recieved a new drive, upgraded to the pioneer 110.Now thats customer care.
Excellent service. Exactly what I would expect from BigPockets, which is why I often mention the company in these forums.
