Best laptop for photoshop under £450?

  [email protected] 18:40 05 Jan 2015

I'm looking to get a new laptop that will cope with fairly high-res documents on photoshop CS6 (for digital painting), or at least CS5 failing that. Budget is £400 with some leeway. Has anyone spotted anything good in the sales? Thanks all.

At that price point you are at the budget end of the laptop market, but there are still some good deals around at the moment.

Here's one of them.

Thanks for the suggestions,

Ailish I think you're right about HD graphics, you'll have to forgive my loose grasp of pc terminology. The main issue I've had using PS on other machines is a terrible frame rate on larger documents with too many layers, making using drawing tools really problematic.

What do you make of this offer? A friend of mine pointed me towards it. The intel iris graphics is supposed to be equivalent to a low/mid end dedicated graphics. click here

Thank you, reckon I will! Over and out.
