Belkin & Wireless Network

  TomG 21:41 30 Jul 2003

I've just set up a wireless network using 2 Belkin USB Adapters.

I got in a bit of a mess and phoned Belkin - Surprise 1 - call was free, surprise 2 - they work 24/7 and surprise 3 (compared to other helplines) they know what they are talking about and are patient with dumbos like me.

From now onwards I buy Belkin.

It's refreshing to see a post praising a company. Belkin do seem to have a good reputation judging from some of the threads I have read regaqrding the replacement of their surge protectors.

I have two Belking USB wireless adaptors and found the installation a bit daunting at first but was able to solve the problem with the help of a forum member.

I also have a Belkin surge protetcor and USB2 hub. It's reassuring that you can rely on a manufacturer in the event of a problem.
