ASDA Customer Service - Who do I complain to?

With reference to my previous post with the above heading. I am happy to relate that after phoning Customer Relations in Leeds, (which is a freephone number by the way), I received a letter of apology and a £10 ASDA voucher as compensation for inconvenience, cost of phone calls and loss of 5% online discount due to the mix up in my order.

I would have been surprised if you had had any other response.

There is another thread on this subject but I can't find it for the moment - advice was given at the time on who to contact at the top of the management tree to make a complaint.
