IClaudio - not bad spce but I would like to know who manufactures the machine.

Do you have a URL for the laptop - I cannot track it down?

You now have as much information about this as I do, there is a picture (but no more) on the page to which the link in the message points - probably more will be posted on the Tchibo site on Wednesday.

For those who may not know Tchibo, they are German and have stores in many towns in the UK as well as Germany. I've purchased many items from them and they have always been very reliable (they started life supplying coffee and machines to companies, it's pretty good stuff)- and as the products are sourced from Germany, they are very well made at a very good price. I'd expect the Notebook is going to be a good, solid machine.
